These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 67bd1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 67bd1 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, Aviator crash games, and VIP Club features.

By registering a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 67bd1 platform, you confirm that:

Use of the 67bd1 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during platform use:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 67bd1 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming protocols.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on 67bd1. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts subject to age verification checks will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer's specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses credited to a 67bd1 account:

Where a conflict exists between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product only.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on 67bd1:

• Bet Acceptance: 67bd1 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes bets placed after an event has commenced where live-betting functionality was not the intended mechanism, and bets placed on markets affected by technical errors in odds pricing.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each betting market or game. These limits may be adjusted at any time and may differ by account, product, and event.
• Voided Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, abandoned matches, proven data-feed errors, or evidence of match-fixing or manipulation. Voided bets are refunded to the player's main wallet at the original stake amount.
• Cricket Betting: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket markets, settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Bets on rain-affected matches follow the DLS method result where applicable.
• Live In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are settled based on real-time event data. Any bet placed during a verified broadcast delay will be settled at the odds available at the time of acceptance by 67bd1's servers, not the odds visible to the player at the time of placement.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, 67bd1 will investigate and apply the fairest available resolution. In casino games, only bets fully processed and confirmed by 67bd1's server infrastructure are valid. Bets interrupted by connectivity failures on the player's side do not obligate 67bd1 to honour a particular outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 67bd1 platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances held at the time of suspension:

• Registering more than one account on 67bd1, regardless of the identity or payment method used.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while subject to an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities, or use automated betting software, bots, or scripts without the explicit written consent of 67bd1.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games or betting markets.
• Using the 67bd1 platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity. 67bd1 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and applicable regulatory bodies in relation to any suspected financial crime.
• Engaging in charge-backs on deposited funds after those funds have been wagered. Charge-backs on deposited funds are treated as fraudulent activity and will result in permanent account closure and recovery proceedings.
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or similar technology in a manner intended to obscure your location or circumvent access controls.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 67bd1 staff or other players via any communication channel.

67bd1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• An account fails to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise irregular activity is detected on the account.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requires account restriction.
• The player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• The player has applied for self-exclusion and 67bd1 is implementing that request.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 67bd1 account may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, 67bd1 will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal balance to the player's registered payment method and close the account within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.
